It seems as though after I created my website I haven't made any actual art. Well not like I used to anyway. I seemed as if I went into a sort of rut or art block. I'll tell you its heart breakingwhen art is your main form of joy.  I honesty thought:

 "well things don't last forever, maybe this is the end of my art career. D: ... what am I going to do now???"

Well its finally finals, well actually its almost the end of finals and I feel like the fire in me has been reignited and I can feel all that passion that consumed my entirety. There is no better time for this to happen than now. As I finish up my Finals I'm filled with anticipation. I just can't wait to fill up my pages with magnificence imagination as they crawl from mind to hand. Yes, I have finally regained myself, do you know the relief I have.

It has been a while since I posted, well anything. I have been having some computer related difficulties but it hasn't stopped me yet! I'm still working hard in my art and school.

For this Halloween I worked with my close friend Ashley to create a Illustrated story for this fun holiday! It was very fun and you can find the line art in my gallery under current art. ^_^ I sorry for the bad scan, I will be uploading a cleaner version of it and hopefully the colored version soon.

Well this summer has been an interesting one so far. And not all of it is a good thing either...  But I'm not going to get into that. I have been locked out of my wed site for a little while though. It really sucked but I'm back as you can see. (and that's all that matters.)

On a good note I finished the Hunger Games Trilogy!!! Yay!!!  The story is really good especially the final one. If you haven't you should really pick it up and read it. The book was really inspiring.

I have been working on some projects during my time off but not as many as I would have liked. Many of them aren't  even close to being complete. It shouldn't be long before I have them up though. I got a zodiac series and a couple of sculptures of the members of Steam powered Giraffe. an automaton band. I was originally going to enter their talent contest where you sing and play while being robotic but hahaha, I have no musical talent. so I'm sculpting them instead... (it got me to try out the guitar though.)
Well thats all for now :) 

So I have a hand full of liz-ventures sitting around on my desk that I haven't posted yet. Now that's a problem. Lucky for me my finals are almost over so hopefully I'll get all of them scanned and colored then.  

I noticed that I haven't added anything in my personal art folder for the new year. I guess I've been too busy to finish anything worthy of posting haha. I'll have to get on that for this summer. (FYI I consider summer starting for me the last two weeks of May.)

Also I added a new folder to my website for my paintings. my color and design class requires me to use paint so I thought why not. its still pretty empty but I'm also still a noob at paint.  I have a few projects I'm excited to post under that category once they're done though.  

On a more serious note times have been a little tough these past few semesters but I really have a good feeling as of lately. Hopefully good luck will come with this along with new inspiration. I thank anyone and everyone that's given my website a look. It means so much to me and gives me inspiration to keep going.

As the new year draws closer I'm filled with excitement. New semester with new experiences and best of all new art. Though I just published this site I will not be taking any requests till after the new years.
